Reception:
We are looking for a graduate between 24 and 30 years of age with communication skills, who is decisive, organized, active and willing to learn. Knowledge of Office suite, Catalan, Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Italian is also preferred. A person interested in culture and in the world of Design. Good presence.
The main functions will be to manage incoming calls, attend and offer the first point of information to the client, control the messenger service, and most importantly to provide support to the Information and Guidance Service.
Mediateca:
We are looking for a person between 23 and 27 years of age, finishing or holding a degree in library and information science, documentation or humanities, with knowledge of Word and Access. A person who works well on a team, who is responsible, with a good presence and strong knowledge of Catalan, Spanish and English with motivation to grow inside the company.
The main functions are to prepare news and cards for the database, to catalogue and place copies in the library and to maintain contacts held with other institutions, editorials, foundations and companies for the acquisition of funds and grants for the library.
